Logistics coordinator

Our client is a global leader in two large, attractive markets - seed and crop protection, looking for Logistics Coordinator, Odessa.

Key duties:

• Execute inbound Goods Receipt and outbound Goods Issues
• Creation of Delivery Notes, Incoices, Waybills
• Management of loads consolidation
• Follow up with the warehouse on the scheduled loads and the deliveries to our customers
• Short term management of the warehouse loading and storage capacity
• Oversight of the inventory cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Verification of the invoices provided by the warehouses
• Transportation booking of customer orders
• Support in allocation process
• Stock consumption reconciliation WH management and reconciliation process
• Demo trial shipments
• Communication with Supply Team on abnormal demand or shortage
• Communication with Sales Team, verification deliveries before shipment
• Daily communication and support warehouse stuff in income/outcome goods management
• Collection shipment documents and sending them to Main office

Requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years in the warehouse or transportation logistics
• Proficiency in MS-Office Applications (advanced user of MS Excel, SAP)
• Strong data-driven approach and statistics knowledge
• Strong analytical (nice to have)
• Strong communication skills and team work-ability
• Strong stressful skills
• Knowledge of local transportation marke
