Main Job Purpose:

• Lead and drive the efficient procurement of Ukraine's indirect spend portfolio on an end to end basis delivering the most competitive and differentiating value chain for company together with suppliers and other partners.
• The role continuously develops and adapts the Ukraine portfolio procurement strategy in line with the business and category strategy needs and overall global strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and ordering of equipment, instruments, services, spare parts, other CAPEX and operating supplies from both local and overseas suppliers for company.
• Purchasing IP Materials and Services strictly according to the Brief and satisfy all Internal Security, Quality and Legal requirements.
• Plan and maintain vendor master data in line with company workflow procedure.
• Monitor and track the performance of the suppliers e.g. on-time delivery of the requirements, in the right quality and quantity, to deliver the best value to the business and customer's needs.

• University degree - Commercial, Technical in background.
• Excellent communication & networking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong analytic capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English language.
• Skills in purchasing, negotiating and planning (e.g. request / negotiation / e-commerce, issuing purchase orders, commercial agreements / contracts, work planning, etc.).
