Finance Manager

Order to Cash - Responsible for the pricing process - creation, maintenance and issuance of pricingletters. Supervises hub customer master data maintenance in SAP and issuance of credit and debitnotes.Procure to Pay - Supervises the creation of purchase requisitions, good receipt transactions andsupports the marketing team for the same process.Record to Report - Responsible for the financial accuracy of P&L. Ensures financial data integrityin TM1. Manages month-end closing and Interco billings.

  • Planning and forecasting: Responsible for the financial planning, analysis and reporting of markets assigned
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepares standard formats (Actuals, LE/ASP decks, hub CFO communication) and ad hoc analysis. Develops/prepares management reporting and provides analytical and interpretative services for business improvements.
  • Business support: Prepares various business analysis, profitability studies, business plans. Provides assistance to the hub team in preparation of BAPs and Memos (financial calculation, overall guidance).
  • Controlling: On-going monitoring of hub's customers credit positions and in-market inventory status. Helpand advice to the team on contracting process. Ensures policies and procedures are understood and complied with by the hub team.

Education

  • University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent commercial degree.
  • Financial certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) is a plus

Experience

  • At least 5 years working experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Cross cultural and multimarket experience is a plus
  • Skills and knowledge
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • Financial and management accounting (Cost accounting, financial accounting, internal control, IFRS)
  • Financial planning and analysis (data analysis, business modelling)
  • Cost control and efficiencies
