European FMCG company is looking for Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities:
Leading of Sales and Operational planning process
Ensure consistency between sales forecasts compiled by the business unit and effectively conveys them to suppliers
Manage supply planning process (inventory level, forecast accuracy, purchase plan, safety stock policy, import/export process, customs clearance, transportation process, delivery process and etc.)
Cooperation with Customs & Certification Authorities, Warehouses and Transportation companies
Operation Budgets Planning & Control
Cooperation with customers, optimization of delivery, control reclamation procedure efficiency
Organize and follow up the process of POS materials delivery from producers to the warehouse with the consequent regional distribution
Department Strategy working out
Business Process analyzes and optimization: work out logistics procedures, job description for SC Department
Analyze logistics KPIs (Service Level, Inventory, FCA, SL & etc.) and simulate logistics scenarios
Planning, Logistics and Customer Service Teams management and development
Support Management decision-making, by providing simulated alternative supply scenarios and adjusting plans in case of unexpected changes
Requirements:
- University graduate;
- SC management experience 5+ years;
- 3+ years of experience in demand & supply planning areas within international FMCG companies in leading positions;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Growth Mindset & Pro-active approach to problem solving in short term and ability to implement long term preventive activities;
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups or major projects and initiatives.
