HR Manager

 

 

Job tasks:

 

  • Compensation & benefits: payroll responsibility, benefits calculation, budgeting; job profiling and grade maintenance;
  • Global Employee Mobility matters coordination
  • Training &development: training plan supervision, succession plan development
  • Performance management process responsibility
  • Employee engagement process control and maintenance (satisfaction survey launch and action planning)
  • Development of HR policies, procedures, unification for business unit
  • Recruitment and related projects
  • Conferences and other corporate events management
  • Administration of Medical and Life insurance contracts and terms, Property contracts and terms
  • HR administration including preparing of orders, contracts, forms, labor books, work permits, work visas
  • Full office administration supervision (admin, car fleet, vendor management)
  • Management of HR specialist / car fleet specialist/ receptionist

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

 

  • Education: Higher
  • Work experience of at least 5 years in the field of human resources management and at least 2 years in the position of human resources manager
  • Knowledge of the labor legislation, HR records management and payroll management
  • Knowledge of the bases of compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge of all HR processes
  • English - not lower than Upper-Intermediate level
  • Proven high-performance track record at work delivering consistent results
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation competences
  • Strong resource management & development competence
  • Knowledge of software
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
