HR Manager
Job tasks:
- Compensation & benefits: payroll responsibility, benefits calculation, budgeting; job profiling and grade maintenance;
- Global Employee Mobility matters coordination
- Training &development: training plan supervision, succession plan development
- Performance management process responsibility
- Employee engagement process control and maintenance (satisfaction survey launch and action planning)
- Development of HR policies, procedures, unification for business unit
- Recruitment and related projects
- Conferences and other corporate events management
- Administration of Medical and Life insurance contracts and terms, Property contracts and terms
- HR administration including preparing of orders, contracts, forms, labor books, work permits, work visas
- Full office administration supervision (admin, car fleet, vendor management)
- Management of HR specialist / car fleet specialist/ receptionist
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Education: Higher
- Work experience of at least 5 years in the field of human resources management and at least 2 years in the position of human resources manager
- Knowledge of the labor legislation, HR records management and payroll management
- Knowledge of the bases of compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of all HR processes
- English - not lower than Upper-Intermediate level
- Proven high-performance track record at work delivering consistent results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation competences
- Strong resource management & development competence
- Knowledge of software
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
