Our client, international FMCG company, is looking for Trade Marketing Manager (Traditional Trade Channel)
Main responsibilities:
- Leading of annual promo activity grid development, implementation and adaptation by clients in form of promo plan, control of execution and results analysis;
- Initiation of corrective actions based on channel trade promo execution results;
- Participation in trade promo procedure updating following category/ channel strategy development;
- Implementation of integrated approach to trade promo activities for pre and post promo evaluation;
- Estimation of Trade marketing budget needs, control of execution, audit and evaluation of TM investments efficiency;
- Trade promo and motivational programs development support, results control and analysis of effectiveness;
- Preparation of monthly reports and data analysis;
- Organization of meetings, presentations preparation;
- Documentation support.
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- 2+ years experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG Multinational Companies;
- At least strong intermediate English;
- Expertise in driving the business though different trade channels;
- Excellent PC skills;
- Strong organizational, analytical, team working, communicational skills;
- Experience in Sales is a plus.
