Logistic Manager, Western Ukraine

Our client, large automotive company searches for the expert on the post Logistic Manager.

Main duties:

• Provide leadership to all functional leads within the warehouse & transportation organization;
• Responsible for cross functional in-house distribution incl. production supply to all areas in the plant;
• Implement operational metrics and measurements and ensure operations and costs are managed to metrics and goals;
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counts procedure, cost targets, cost improvements;
• Review regular transportation setup & costs, follow up with AUT transportation organization on saving potentials;
• Ensure effectively management of the staffing, capacity consumption, communication, customs, invoicing and value add activities;
• Drive best practices and lean six sigma programs and ensure continuous improvements;
• Manage EHS (environment, healthy and safety) performance metrics and programs;
• Execute complaint and claim process and resolve the issues and implement structural improvements;
• Ensure labour flexibility with job rotation in all operational areas;
• Warehouse reporting including analyse of date to identify critical performance indicators.
• Min. experience for 3 years within logistics, preferable in the manufacturing automotive company;
• Personnel management experience
• Intermediate level of English;
• Good communication and analytical skills;
• Readiness for relocation within Western Ukraine.
