Requirements:

• higher education (preferred fields: psychology, sociology, marketing, management, administration) or the status of a student (2nd - 5th year of studies)
• knowledge of English at a level that allows free communication (min. B2)
• knowledge of the Ukrainian
• highly developed interpersonal skills
• willingness to develop in the area of recruitment and HR (for the IT industry)
• ability to work in a team
• experience in recruiting (welcome)
• knowledge of the Polish (welcome)

Responsibilities:

• supporting the recruitment of IT specialists
• cooperation with universities, career offices and other scientific institutions
• supporting the process of hiring new employees
• taking care of hired employees
• supporting in the day-to-day activities of the HR team
• employer branding and contacting with the academic community
