Senior Digital Marketing Specialist / Head of Traffic Acquisition

JayJay online school of Creative & Tech is an educational technology startup launched by a Ukrainian team to the Indonesian market. We have 4 products and buying customers who generate income. In September 2022, we closed a $1 million seed round from international job search platform Jooble. We have active growth and we are looking for ambitious guys with whom we want to build a unicorn in Southeast Asia.

Our startup specializes in additional education for adults, both in professional and entertainment-hobby formats. We provide education in digital, creative and technical professions for 6-12 months with employment assistance. Study areas: Design, Programming, Marketing.

My name is Vitalii Somka CEO JayJay and I'm looking for a cool Digital Marketing Specialist to join our cool team. I believe in partnership, business as a science, people without borders, consistency and those who are looking for a real challenge to build a great story, because life is one. I am looking for someone who can lead the marketing team, but at the beginning will be able to set everything up by hand, build processes, integrate into the Indonesian market context.

About You:

• Experience in online services Performance Marketing, or in digital performance marketing agencies 2+ years;
• Experience with budgets +$100k monthly;
• Experience building a team from scratch;
• Upper Intermediate English;
• Systems thinking.

Your impact:

• Development and launch of advertising companies in Facebook Ads / Google Ads;
• Setting up tasks for designers, copywriters, IT, analytics;
• Finding remote Indonesian team for maximum marketing localization and building business processes;
• A/B testing, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and channels;
• Search for new channels for scaling traffic volumes and lead generation;
• Implementation of effective tools for evaluating traffic, advertising campaigns.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in EdTech Industry;
• Experience with multiple traffic sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Youtube and other purchasing channels);
• E-mail marketing.
