Investment Banking Analyst (M&A)

Capital Times, one of the leading investment banking firms in Ukraine, a member of Globalscope (global network of M&A advisors), is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst.

Main responsibilities:

• Industry/market research and analysis,
• Preparation of reports, presentations, business analysis of selected companies,
• Analysis and structuring of data, business valuation and financial modelling,
• Transaction support and due diligence

Required Experience and Skills:

• >1 year work experience, preferably in an international environment (Big-4, IB, management consulting firms, VC, PE). Candidates with no or minimal work experience should be exceptional to be considered,
• Knowledge of valuation methods and techniques,
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian and IFRS accounting principles,
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word,
• Knowledge of English language (at least Upper-Intermediate)
