SEO Manager

On behalf of Tres Commas client we are looking for SEO Manager.  

It’s a leading pharmacy & online doctors company is looking for a talented SEO expert to join and help to create SEO Team. You will lead several SEO Specialists and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of off-site and on-site factors of the SEO program.

Responsibilities:

• Measure the performance of the SEO processes, identify behaviors and leverage to opportunities, data analysis and monitoring of various KPIs
•  Manage team of SEO Specialists
• Manage keyword research and on-site content optimization.
• Take responsibility for a daily and weekly tracking of all organic channels while ensuring that the team is meeting company’s goals.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
• Collaborate with programmers and engineers to develop and maintain improved technical aspects of the company’s sites.
• Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Optimize website content and landing pages
• Off-page optimization projects
  
  Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an SEO manager.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Deep understanding of industry tools and sources: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, AdWords, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, AWR and more.
• Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
• Technical background and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, FLASH, AJAX, and CSS as they relate to SEO.
• Experience in content marketing including creative content ideas based on research, and in link building including prospecting.
•  Fluent English
•  Outstanding analytical skills and communication abilities.
