Business Training Center is looking for an Assessment Manager!

Since 2007 BTC has been delivering high quality foreign language instruction to local and international businesses and are looking to fill the new position of Assessment Manager to join our, rapidly growing, high performing team. This role is remote currently and will be based in Kyiv.

Duties:

• Holding placement tests of new students writing & oral parts, writing the results in a special table
• Managing midcourse & final tests, informing teachers about upcoming test, sending them materials for it, checking after if the tests are done correctly and sending the results to the HR-manager of the client company
• Checking & updating materials for final tests

Experience and Skills:

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Commitment to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and supportive approach
• Experience in Teaching / Training adults would be a plus
• Must have excellent written and spoken English C1-C2 and Ukrainian fluent
• Confident in the use of technology G suite, Office suite, Video conferencing platforms
• Extremely reliable internet connection
• Some understanding of Data analysis is ideal but not required
• Understanding on modern learning theories is preferred but not required
