Requirements

• Ability to work as a part of a team or independently 

• Ability to analyze issues and detect common patterns to resolve them more efficiently 

• Sharp and analytical mind 

• Proactive attitude to issue solving 

• Self-organization and high responsibility 

• Ability to work with documentation creation and review 

• English level:  not lower than Pre-Intermediate 

• High level of self-motivation in development as Technical Operations engineer 

• Strong communication skills 

• Advanced Linux user (linux shell and utilities) 

• Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environments

Will be a plus

• Previous experience in hardware/software troubleshooting 

• Experience in customer support in IT or similar spheres 

• Experience as Junior system administrator of any systems: Windows / Linux  / Mac / FreeBSD, etc. 

• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios Zabbix Grafana, etc. 

• Education in computer science or similar 

• Previous experience in writing technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Monitor different services 

• Take care of software updates 

• Help with analysis of common issues and improve infrastructure 

• Work to improve quality of services and monitor them together with our teams
