Requirements

• 2+ year experience as a BA role

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of seniority up to C-level to understand problems and propose solutions

• Knowledge of business modeling techniques, notations and process implementation

• Practical experience working with full requirement lifecycle for different SDLC models

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Desire to drive business process changes

• English: upper intermediate or higher

Will be plus

• Practical experience in PO role 

• Practical experience in several business domains as a Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, define and map current processes in order to create "to be" business processes for the customer based on current best practices

• Collaborates with departments to identify, document and communicate business needs

• Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs

• Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Utilizes excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

• Liaises between the business units, technology teams and support teams

• Presents information in a professional and non-threatening manner

• Produce timely, high-quality, requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes
