Requirements:

• 3+ year experience as a BA role
• Practical experience in requirements creation for different SDLC models, plan-based and agile approaches of software development
• Practical knowledge of business modeling techniques, notations and process implementation
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of seniority up to CEO level to understand problems and propose solutions
• English: upper intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

• Gathering, creation, modeling, defining and implementation business and development requirements
• Optimization current approaches and products improvements
• Identifying and elaborating business opportunities, development business cases and proposals
• Participation in all stages of requirements and development product lifecycle

Will be an advantage
