Finance Performance Analyst

Description

Performance Analysts work with knowledgeable colleagues in various parts of the business to define, design and develop analytic solutions to improve optimization and mitigate risks. They apply timely, accurate and consistent understanding of risk across an organization to predict and gauge operational risks and market risks. Performance Analysts also combine data from multiple sources to respond to high-level business questions.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Identify sales and growth opportunities by analyzing our financial data, key product metrics and delivering insight into shifting trends
• Analyze our various sales channels and understand the impact of decisions made within the business to sales volume, revenue and margins
• Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition through to engagement and customer growth
• Help maximize revenue by bringing early attention issues or changes in trends related to our products, business practice, processes, finances and accounting
• Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and introducing insight that can influence our teams to achieve our broader targets
• Measure and monitor the revenue pipeline, adjusting as necessary to ensure we are making informed and appropriate decisions across our business, intended to create sustainable growth
• Design and activity reports and perform routine maintenance of pricing activity reports ensuring ongoing management visibility of pricing activities 

Skills/Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Business, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience related to basic financial analysis
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in analytics or relevant field
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites products, especially Excel.
• Knowledge in SQL and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)  skills would be a great plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
• Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative team player
• English level - upper-intermediate
