Responsibilities:
- Monitoring IP reputation with internal and third-party tools
- Collaborating with the technical and customer support teams
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation (instructions, agendas, reports)
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines with limited supervision
- Strong work ethic, polite but still highly motivated, organized, self-motivated
- Ability to work with the spreadsheets, Internet, mail, find details with third-party sources
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work with many tiresome and uniform tasks
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of e-mail principles or hosting
