American University Kyiv (AUK) is a new private university located in Kyiv. Designed as a world-class private and innovative university, American University Kyiv (AUK) opened in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU), the #1 most innovative university in the United States, Cintana Education, and industrial partners. AUK set a new model for higher education in Ukraine and is a first of its kind university in Ukraine and the region – digitally first, with learner centered design and partnership driven strategy. We have successfully completed our second wartime intake and have about 330 bachelor, master’s students obtaining their degrees in Business and IT areas. In future we plan to open Engineering, Health Sciences, Law and Design schools, as well as executive education and variety lifelong learning programs. The language of instruction for most of the programs is English.

American University Kyiv is also part of Cintana Alliance, a new global network of innovative and forward-looking universities working together to bring the best of higher education to every one of their students. Besides AUK, Cintana Alliance currently has 11 other members including universities in India, Ecuador, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Mexico, Costa Rica, Egypt, Vietnam.

Our Enrollment team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Enrollment (Sales) Advisor.

  • Location: 3, Poshtova Sq., Kyiv, Ukraine 

 Responsibilities:

The elected candidate must be responsible to build relationships with clients/prospects and persuade other to apply and enroll in the university.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Formalize new students’ enrollment 
  • Attend appointments and provide information for those interested in bachelor’s or master’s degrees
  • Follow up on the assigned database through telephone calls, messengers, emails
  • Achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal (enrollments) reaching the established conversion rates
  • Walk along the applicant throughout their admission process (registration, exam, interview, payments) and follow up on each case individually
  • Management of the Salesforce commercial CRM (typing, reports, panels) 
  • Complete the delivery of the students file with the company requirements on the established times   

Qualifications and Skills

EA’s applicants should meet basic skill and qualification requirements to be able to perform the common job duties. Common skill requirements are:

  • Graduates in Business or any similar degree (international education is preferable)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales advisor (education sphere is preferable)
  • Experience in managing long sales cycle requests
  • Proficient in English and Ukrainian Language
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • High negotiation skills
  • Ready to work under pressure in high season
  • Intermediate level in CRM
  • Advance knowledge in Office 365
