Our partner is a leading national provider supporting major cable operators throughout the United States. Services performed include residential, commercial, construction, college rush, hurricane relief, digital migration projects and digital converter deployment, high-speed modem installations, home security, and automation, underground and aerial construction services, and special projects such as MDU construction, drop rebuilds, and audits

Qualification and wishes for the employee: 

1) Higher specialized education;

2) Work experience as an accountant for 2 years;

3) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage;

4) Advanced User: Quickbooks; ADP (preferably), MS Office;

5) English language level not lower than upper-intermediate;

6) Personal qualities: honesty, decency, perseverance, responsibility;

7) Motivation, desire to work, and develop;

8) Good communication skills.

Requirements:

1) Checking the calculation of the RFP for subcontractors, piece work at different rates + bonuses + adjustments for the rental of machinery, equipment, etc. (more than 200 subcontractors; RFP is calculated, accrued, and paid once a week on Thursday);

2) Maintenance of bank information on all subcontractors and office employees;

3)Entering bank information, RFP, and other information into ADP for making RFP payments;

4) Accrual of salary for the office;

5) Keeping records of loans provided by the company to employees;

5) Daily processing of bank statements, and verification of company accounts;

6) Verification of payments and invoices of vendors for the amount of work performed by the company;

7) Verification of the correctness of payroll payments and payments from vendors;

8) Verification and confirmation of the regional manager’s payments

9) Payment of operating expenses
