Chief Marketing Officer (Crypto / Blockchain)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role in Blockchain field as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels;

• obsession with metrics, performance close monitoring and measuring, optimizing initiatives;

• solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics, or other analytical software experience;

• attentive to detail and design to create visually impactful marketing material;

• open minded, curious and a strong problem solver;

• upper intermediate English language level.

Responsibilities:

• creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan;

• full-circle project implementation starting with ideation, IDO and beyond;

• developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns;

• ensuring successful planning, execution, optimisation for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels;

• identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics;

• working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results;

• drive communication publications for key milestones and events across all relevant channels: Twitter mostly, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram and potentially others;

• leading content pipeline (curate, produce, write, organize);

• managing content calendar;

• keeping an eye of trending topics in crypto and the DeFi, NFT and DAO spaces;

• being the brand's voice for inbounds, social media mentions etc.;

• working with PR agencies, community managers across regions and sectors;

• initiating marketing and growth streams, coordinating and planning with the team according to the product roadmap.
