Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. The company focuses on Western standards of working conditions. One of the corporate principles is not to attract specialists to management positions from outside, but to develop them within the company. The role will involve:

• Search and selection of personnel in the United States
• Conducting an initial interview
• Verification of all necessary documents for employment
• Accompanying and supporting the hired candidates in their further cooperation with the company
• Maintaining a database and forming a pool of candidates
• Onboarding of hired candidates and communication (online)

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
• Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Multitasking, prioritization and effective time management
• Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting for at least one year
• Experience in sales will be a plus

• Working hours: from 3pm till 1am (Monday — Friday)
  It is important that during the curfew schedule will be 3pm — 9pm office and then 10pm — 1am remotely.
