ELEKS is looking for Personal Assistant (PA) to Chairman of Board of Directors in our Lviv Office
We have a great opportunity for an experienced, organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude. The candidate must be flexible, well-organized and a team player with strong interpersonal, communication and emotional skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties and tasks
- Calendar management - coordinate internal and external meetings
- Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Take part in strategic activities, attending meetings and recording minutes as assigned
- Help with preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate the logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally
- May plan the layout of complex reports, proposals and tables, requiring a familiarity and comfort with working with numbers
- Coordinate activities between various departments and outside parties
- Conduct market and other types of research on request
- Communicate with various levels of management inside the company
- Other administrative and organisational duties as requested
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant would be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Comfortable with numbers, reports and statistical data
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Background in Math or Physics would be a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
- Problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze, compare, evaluate and reconcile data
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Excellent work ethics
