ELEKS is looking for Technical Support Coordinator in our Lviv Office or remote
REQUIREMENTS
- 1.5+ year of experience in user support
- Strong knowledge of help desk software (Jira) and ERP (1C)
- Basic knowledge of databases
- The ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Customer service orientation
- Intermediate level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate work of first level support for customers requests
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
