Compensation & Benefits Specialist

ELEKS is looking for Compensation & Benefits Specialist in our Lviv location

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in the development and improvement of the organizational structure, analysis of the compliance of the organizational structure with the business objectives
• Organization of job profiles preparation. Maintain job titles and job profiles up to date
• Participation in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing remuneration systems, compensation schemes, and packages
• Participation in the improvement of the remuneration system and the introduction of new systems and incentives for employees
• Participation in the development of regulations on remuneration, bonuses, vacation, and other regulations
• Organization and fulfillment of social programs developed in the company
• Maintenance and support of automated accounting systems, preparation of technical specifications for the automation of processes related to accounting employees, assessment of staff, time tracking, payroll, etc.
• Organization of budgeting for social benefits to employees of the company, maintaining a database of benefits that are granted to employees of the company
• Participation in the research of compensation and benefits in the industry (salary surveys);
• Development of a staff schedule
• Preparation of statistical reports and analytical reports in the field of Compensation and Benefits
• Analysis of the labor market and the calculation of salary ranges according to the categorization of employees

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits field
• Intermediate level of English
• University degree in a related field
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Legislation
• Knowledge of remuneration system and personnel motivation, knowledge of grading
• Knowledge of Economics and Labor Organization
• Good MS Office knowledge
