Project Management Office Coordinator

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for Project Management Office Coordinator in our Lviv location

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with PMO experts group re office projects implementation (assistance with communication and coordination)
• Assistance with organization of office events: educational, knowledge sharing, team buildings
• Assistance with coordination of competence development activities
• Maintenance of office knowledge base
• Coordination of cross-departmental communication and assistance with shared project implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Written and spoken English Upper-Intermediate High
• Knowledge of IT sphere specific
• Knowledge of organization and logistics processes
• Knowledge of basics in project management theory will be a plus
• Good time management skills
• Networking and collaboration skills
