Junior Personnel Records Specialist

ELEKS is looking for Junior Personnel Records Specialist in our Lviv location

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain personnel records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
• Maintain military records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
• Register employment, transfer, and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law and regulations, instructions and orders approved by the company using appropriate forms and computer applications
• Form and maintain personal files and database of employees
• Enter data into the personnel/payroll system
• Fill, record keep and storage workbooks, accounting of employment history
• Archive personnel files, prepare documents for shelving to the State Archives, if the time of storage in the enterprise has passed on
• Provide personal data for the accounting department, extra-budgetary funds and tax inspectorate
• Prepare with accountants documents required to obtain social benefits, granting of pensions, allowances, and benefits to employees and their families and transfer them to the Social Welfare Authorities
• Issue all kind of personnel certificates
• Maintains computerized and paper records of employees, including records of annual leave, sick leave, leave without pay, and overtime. Prepares various personnel-related reports for administrative staff and state authorities

REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate level of English
• Fundamentals of office procedures and organization
• Principles, procedures, and practices of personnel recordkeeping
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Legislation
• Good MS Office knowledge
