Education Manager
SPD-Ukraine is looking for Learning Manager that is ready to join our friendly team.
Requirements:
Master's degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science or Bachelor's degree with corresponding professional experience will also be considered.
3-5 years' experience working with adult students or in higher education.
Experience facilitating small and large group workshops.
Comfort with a variety of educational technologies.
Excellent organizational skills, including keen attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively, and track and follow-up on various tasks.
Result-oriented and accountable.
Analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
Willingness for self-education.
Ability to handle multiple demands, remain calm, think quickly and problem solve.
Demonstrated ability to work independently within established guidelines.
Public speaking experience and excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills required.
Event planning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Organize and support of educational process at SPD-University or other educational activities.
Work cross-functionally with the HR, Finance, Legal, TM, IT and Marketing Departments to drive initiatives through execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the implementation of student-centered education for learners across SPD-University educational engagements and programs.
Measure and evaluate outcomes for our students and programs to inform pivots to strategy.
Support the team's professional development and training in the adoption of student-centered learning.
