Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Pre import preparations to ensure compliance of goods with national laws and regulations;
• Customs documents verification for compliance with UA legal requirements;
• Obtaining permissive documents required for importation and further goods distribution;
• Maintaining products catalogue and logistics database;
• Translation of initial products data into Ukrainian and adjustment of labels in accordance with UA legal requirements;
• Tracking goods in transit; coordinating with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers;
• Updating internal databases with the results of customs clearance;
• Reporting to Logistics Manager.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economic, technical);
• 1+ years work experience in the mentioned field;
• Knowledge of Customs legislation of Ukraine;
• English - intermediate;
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Access);
• Team player.
