Операционный менеджер

Требования:

• Умение работать в Exel, Word, Power Point, Outlook;
• Работа с клиентами на англ. языке;
• Умение вести деловую переписку;
• Составление отчетов, сертификатов качества;
• English level: INTERMEDIATE.

Условия работы:

• Работа в офисе в дружном коллективе / удаленно.
• Начало 9:00 — 18:00 с понедельника по пятницу.

Обязанности:

• Coordination of inspections (vessels and containers).
• Organization, planning, and control of inspections in accordance with the instructions received from clients and/or other departments.
• Informing the client about all non-standard situations that arise during inspections.
• Email correspondence and customers support 24/7 in English.
• Preparing inspection reports/certificates for the clients.
• Check and compliance all documents according to ISO 9001 certification.
• Drawing up of instructions for inspectors, tallymen, laboratory.
