Customer support representative (remote)


    Crello - is an easy-to-use online graphic design tool that allows you to create static and animated design projects in 70+ various formats for social media, ads, print, personal and business needs for free. Available in web version and iOS/Android applications, the collection has over 47,000 templates, which are regularly updated by professional designers. The platform gives access to the library of music, fonts, animations and objects, as well as 180 mln photo and video content from Depositphotos.


    • Ability to work by shifts - 3 shifts Monday-Friday (any day) and 2 shifts per weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
    • Experience in the customer-facing role 1+ year;
    • Strong written and spoken English
    • The natural instinct to empathize with the user, customer oriented attitude.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to explain complex things in plain language
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
    • Expertise and ability to find out the route of the issue quickly (can Google info and use it to troubleshoot) 

    Will be a plus:

    • Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, French or German will be a big plus;
    • Experience with CRM-tools and customer service software (ex.Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom)
    • Experience in B2B customer support will be a plus
    • Basic design skills will be a plus


    • Handle and promptly resolve support requests from clients via tickets (Zendesk), social media (Facebook, Twitter) , chat, email
    • Cooperate with the marketing and QA teams to resolve the issues from customers
    • Ensure customers’ satisfaction
    • Create and maintain articles in Crello’s Help Center (knowledge base)
    • Provide your insights & recommendations to improve our customer support team and its processes
    • Maintain a deep understanding of Crello's product and be able to deliver a persuasive speech about Crello’s benefits
