Head of HR

Depositphotos is looking for a hands-on and strategic Head of HR, who will be responsible for leading and managing HR & Recruiting functions for Depositphotos' group of companies (Deposit, Studio, Crello) in Ukraine and abroad (totaling 500 people). This is a full-time position at the Kyiv office.

Requirements:

5+ years of senior HR role experience within international/IT environment;

Experience and understanding of recruiting and managing IT talents within Ukrainian market;

Experience developing and managing talent acquisition and people management strategies;

Experience building HR function from a scratch (would be a big plus);

Ability to multitask and build up relationship among stakeholders, peers and subordinates;

Perfect organizational and communication skills;

Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate growing HR team in Kyiv;

Oversee/manage recruiting processes (both in Ukraine and abroad);

Manage all HR related processes within Depositphotos' group of companies;

Be a part of the management team and contribute to HR strategy, incl. people management and development;

Set up and manage retention (onboarding, off-boarding), engagement and motivation policies;

Develop and implement Employer Branding strategy;

Ensure that the HR & Recruiting team supports ongoing needs and long-term goals of the business.
