My name is Adam Nasir, and I’m the CEO of Smarter Contact.

Here’s a list of what we’re looking for :

1.Full-cycle recruitment of IT and Non-IT positions

2.Search using different tools, CV pre-screening, calls, competency-based interviews, new platforms for job posts, good relations with candidates, and quick, proactive feedback.

3.Excellent knowledge of Linkedin, Djinni, and similar platforms

4.Provide very close attention to detail

5.Very High followthrough

6.Excellent English skills

7.IT Recruitment background two years minimum

8.Good communication skills

9.Part-time thought full-time is preferred

10.Job descriptions and onboarding plans with hiring managers

Responsibilities:

-Source candidates utilizing an internal database, job boards, and social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Github, Facebook, etc.)

-Screen candidates by phone, Zoom, etc.

-Schedule interviews

-Extend offers to the candidates
