What sets us apart from other window firms is that we not only sell windows and doors, but we also repair them. We're currently seeking a remote customer service expert to provide exceptional assistance to our customers. If you're a compassionate and patient communicator who enjoys helping others, this could be the perfect fit for you!
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Using various communication channels to interact with customers
- Relay customer issues/requests to the development team
- Utilizing cloud support platforms such as Intercom and Salesforce
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Responding promptly to client inquiries
- Reviewing client retention and identifying bugs
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of the legal field (advantageous)
- Familiarity with SalesForce, Intercom, and G Suite (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments
- A data-driven mindset
- Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn new software
- Ability to handle escalated client issues
- Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
