Solution tech consultant

We are looking for a Solution tech consultant / Implementation manager, who already has experience in consulting on tech products and has worked with clients' requests closely. The candidate must have deep knowledge of tech products and their features and expertise in technical service management, such as building integrations and automation.

Requirements:

• Experience in Solution implementation of 1+ years
• Experience in tech products analytics and research
• Knowledge of main tech markets and their target audience
• Analytical and technical mindset
• Deep understanding of tech products, such as Notion, Zendesk, Asana, Stripe, LastPass, and their features
• Fluency in English, excellent spoken and written English skills

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of migrations for our clients and working closely with clients' requests
• Understanding of tech product features
• Tech optimization and customization of the client’s account, using advanced product features
• Building integrations and flow automation
• Service management and support
