Main Duties:

• Adheres to and implements Hyatt brand standards in daily activities
• Greets guests in a friendly and efficient manner, handles all Front Office activities including check-in and check-out procedures
• Provides all necessary information to guests
• Responds to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all Hotel aspects
• Assists in the operation of all Front Office Department.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent English
• High level of responsibility
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Team player
• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly
