Customer Relations Manager

We are looking for a Customer relations manager to cooperate with a multicultural project smartbe.ca, which is connected with education and immigration to Canada with a headquarter in Vancouver.

We mostly work with B2B segment in international markets (Bangladesh, Philippines, Vietnam, Turkey, LatAm), providing centralized assistance and support in promoting our product and brand through local partner offices. And we are currently developing the B2C segment in the Russian-speaking markets.

What you are going to do:

- communication with clients and agents, selection of educational programs according to requests, enrollment of clients in educational institutions in Canada and assistance in resolving emerging issues;

- communication with partners - Canadian educational institutions; 

- work with marketing and informational material, creation of informational and promotional mailings for partners;

- work with existing partners and employees, as well as on-boarding new partners; 

- analysis of new partner programs, participation in conferences, webinars with partners;

- preparation and implementation of your marketing activities; 

- data structuring, development of a knowledge base for new employees; 

What we are expecting:

- advanced written and spoken English (education abroad or participation in exchange programs will be an advantage);

- effective solution of the assigned tasks, the ability to work independently and work in a team;

- ready to grow and develop together with our project in the next few years.
