Hr manager / HRBP

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who takes responsibility for decision-making, can prioritize tasks correctly, manages their time effectively, and has excellent interpersonal skills, we need a person who will help organize the work of our colleagues, develop and motivate the team, as well as support employees, and a healthy psychological climate in the company.

Required skills

- 2+ years of experience as an HR manager in IT companies;

- Proactivity and result orientation

- Being proactive and independent in solving problems and suggesting solutions

- Highly developed listening and communication skills

- Ability to plan your own work and proactively set your tasks and priorities experience with HR Tools

- Сommunication skills in English

Responsibilities

- Onboarding, trial period, offboarding, contracts management of the team members

- Organization and management of the process of professional development, training, and performance reviews

- Running regular one-to-one meetings

- Joint cooperation with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand in Ukraine

- Being in charge of organizing team activities — team buildings, holiday gifts, welcome pack, etc

- Coordinate and improve processes within performance management, also consulate and help our leaders to provide performance review process;
