Chief Marketing Officer

As a CMO, your main goal will be to build a strong marketing team from scratch, operate them, and achieve market leadership for our platform.

About our product: 
A web platform for people from different countries who want to make friends, meet new people, and communicate safely. The product is already in production and has more than 500,000 users from the US, UK, Canada, and leading European countries. ?

About your key responsibilities and impact:
?

• Building an effective marketing team, coordinating and managing the team
• Set objectives for your team and monitor the team’s performance
• Defining and building User Acquisition strategy for a product
• Communicating with advertising partners such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat, etc
• Managing and optimizing the performance of UA and user re-engagement campaigns (planning, launching, and scaling)
• Measuring and optimizing key performance metrics to achieve ROI and growth targets
• Managing marketing budgets >0.5M USD monthly to gain better product results
• Cooperation with designers to create new creative concepts
• Brainstorming new creative strategies and recommending A/B tests based on performance data
• Searching for new ways for user acquisition to promote a platform, test new channels and ideas, analysis of the market, audience, and competitors

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience in user acquisition/digital marketing
• Experience in executing successful campaigns for large-scale mobile products with a huge audience and big budgets
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat advertising systems
• Good analytic skills in working with data, numbers, and metrics
• Deep understanding of key business metrics ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, ROI
• Experience in managing a user acquisition team
• Familiarity and ability to work with a lot of data
• Ability to build user acquisition processes with a sense of ownership
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
