Junior HR Manager - Payroll Specialist

DHL Global Forwarding Ukraine announces immediate opening for the position of Junior HR Manager - Payroll Specialist

Currently, we are looking for an energetic and outcome oriented Junior Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for delivery of an effective, integrative HR service to the team in order to enforce achievement of organizational goals and strategic business priorities. 

KEY TASKS

• Act as a business partner and consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Managers and Function Heads.
• Support change initiatives and act as change agent.
• Provide professional support, leadership and advice to Managers in relation to Labor law and employee relations issues.
• Manage contracts of employment, payroll and HR administration.
• Foster a high level culture of Active Leadership and Employee Engagement by carrying workshops, implementing corporate initiatives and projects.
• Develop and manage talent management process including annual reviews, performance management, succession planning, employee development plans, promotions, internal movements and salary reviews.
• Implement learning and development framework aligned with business and overall HR strategy and leverage learning and development processes, tools and systems.
• Develop and Deploy HR procedures and policies to suit the needs of Business.

 QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree
• 3+ years successful HR experience, preferably gained within a multinational organization
• Knowledge of the fundamental and key HR processes as well as Ukrainian labor legislation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building ability
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills  
• A high level of drive and self -motivation 
• Proactivity and positive mindset
• Fluency in both Ukrainian and English is essential
