Your tasks:

•  Working with central specialists on global process optimization topics
•  Designing future company standards in collaboration with central IE
•  Detailed construction and definition of mounting tools, holders, helping tools
• according to project requirements for harness production processes
•   Detailed construction of workplaces, shelves, racks for global standard
•   Adjustment of existing constructions
•   Contact person for international IE departments
•   Analyzing and solving production process issues 
•   Clarification and scheduling, tracking projects and reporting status
  

Your strengths:

•   University degree with technical content
•   Experience in production area of cable manufacturing 
•   Professional level in 3D construction program Inventor
•   Experience with serial process equipment like US-welding, shrinking, soldering,
• punching, laser marking, waterproof testing, production lines
•   Experience with production layout and workflow optimization
•   Conversational level of English language (speaking, reading and writing)
•   PC-knowledge on professional user level (MS Office, Network, overall system, ...)
•   Assertiveness and engagement
•   Independent, structured and analytical attitude
•   Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork
•   Willingness to travel extensively as job requires (30%)
