We are looking for a diligent and peaceful Account Manager to join our international and fully remote team.

Who we are

EMRG Capital is a venture studio. We create new businesses and startups. Some of the projects we already launched are:

  • a marketing agency operating in Switzerland

  • a line of private label Amazon stores

  • online marketplaces in the US

  • online media in the US

We are looking for a person to join the Swiss marketing agency.

Our team has been running marketing for well-recognized Swiss financial companies since 2018. We are looking for a marketing manager to work with a notable Swiss brand, covered in Bloomberg, New York times, and endorsed by world-class celebrities.

Our team consists of young, talented, and competitive people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, UK, and others. We are about thirty people and we are a fully remote team.

We only hire the top 5% of candidates, but those who get in receive systematic training, resources, and a level of responsibility that is hard to find anywhere else in the market. The average age of managers in our company is 22 years, and these people can manage projects with hundreds of thousands of visitors and six-number budgets.

Qualifications

  1. Fluency in English or German
  2. Attentiveness to detail
  3. Being a highly organized person
  4. Being a warm, client-oriented person who cares about the client's success

Previous experience

We do not require any specific previous experience, however, it will be an advantage if you have:

  • Worked as an account manager, sales manager, or a customer support representative

  • Worked in Marketing

  • Lived in Germany or Switzerland or both

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining trusting and partnership relationships with the clients
  2. Taking the tasks, clarifying the details
  3. Pushing the tasks through completion 
  4. Approving the work with the client(s), internal and external
  5. Investigating situations where the client didn’t achieve the expected outcome in terms of quality, budget, or time, and finding systematic solutions
  6. Preparing reviews (weekly progress reports, marketing dashboards)
  7. Preparing retrospective reports (with timelines, key actors, reasons for the delays), in case the client wants to understand what led to this or that negative outcome
  8. Please be ready to handle other marketing-related tasks such as finding the vendors and communicating with them, as the account manager’s job is more sporadic and you will have some free time which shall be filled with useful work

Terms

  • Fully remote work with semi-flexible hours

  • Compensation between $600 (junior level) and $1200 (middle to senior) based on your skills and experience
