Travel Agent

A Global, young and leading Tourism company looking for Travel Agent/Travel Operator:

Providing service and support for travel agents around the world and liaising effectively with global suppliers,

Working independently and as part of a team.

Quality control tickets issuance and ticketing matching processes.

Preparing and sending out documentation to customers and suppliers.

Monitoring deadlines to be met with airlines, ground handlers, clients and various other suppliers and ensuring everything is actioned accordingly

Assist with data loading as and when required.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED certificate is required; an associate’s degree in an appropriate field of study (e.g., hospitality, travel) is preferred

Fluent in English (both written and oral) essential - Knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Experience in Operations within the Travel Industry.

Organized, accurate and good administrative and numeracy skills

High service orientation and excellent human relations

The work in a computerized environment includes email response and knowledge of internet, Excel and Word. 

Knowledge/experience in using the GDS/booking systems/reservations systems would be an advantage
