Job title: Talent Acquisition/Resource Manager (Manager of Freelancers Pool)

Main goal of position:  ad hoc staffing or resource planning. Refine the pool of best match candidates to perform freelance work when core team is overloaded. Perfect understanding of what is required from potential freelancer, what experience and technical expertise is a must to process the project

WHAT TO DO:

1. Work with existing pool of freelancers and expand this pool with more 3D artists and advanced expertise 
2. Negotiate better rates and potential full time cooperation model 
3. Manage communication during the project delivery, make sure the deliverables are as good as it can be done with our core team
4. Defining project requirements, preparing technical documentation
5. Manage several projects (short-term ones), monitor team performance
6. Providing team members with a feedback in a timely manner.

WE EXPECT:

• 1-2 years of experience with tech recruiting, HRM, formation of personnel reserve
• At least Upper-intermediate English level, PM
• Solid communication skills, highly self-organization skills, attention to details
• Ability to work with several projects
• Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving
• Have analytical mindset
