IT Recruiter

You will:

• Perform a full cycle of the technical recruitment process. 
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Onboard new hires
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

We are looking for someone with:

• passion about recruitment and to work independently with minimum supervision and provide outstanding results;
• ability to manage working time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and keep high-quality database records;
• good analytical skills and willingness to learn fast;
• ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
• Upper-intermediate English.
