Mental Health Activity Manager

Job title: Mental Health Activity Manager

Location: Mariupol, Ukraine

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and put into practice the MH strategy and activities according to MSF protocols, including hotline for COVID-19
• Further develop and adapt the MH Gap program in different levels of intervention from community to specialized mental health care.
• Training and providing technical support and supervision to MSF health care team members in implementation of MH Gap in identified locations.
• Coordinates activities of counseling and psychological interventions with other relevant actors and liaises with the local counterparts (MoH, other NGOs) on mental health matters, including referral services.
• Responsible for compilation of data and statistic linked with MH and psycho-social activities, as well as its analysis and the proper reports
• Offer clinical psychological supervision to psychologists or counselors. Awareness raising on mental health for MSF staff

Requirements:

• Essential degree or Master in Psychology or medical degree with specialization in psychiatry
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist/Mental Health Activity Manager
• Previous experience with MSF or other NGO is an asset
• Russian and Ukrainian as mission language. Fluent in English (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Computer proficient (office package: word, excel, power point, outlook and internet).
• Result oriented, people management, teamwork, flexibility, commitment, stress management, time management.

Monthly gross salary (before taxation) is UAH 38,763
