Plant Manager

(Koutaissi)

The plant has 170 employees (Georgia, France, Ukraine, Egypt) and manufacturers Electric Water Heaters for the regional markets (Georgia, Azerbaijan, Poland, Romania, Ukraine) and western Europe countries.

• Define, propose and implement the strategic development plan for the site.
• Ensure, as far as possible, the autonomy and the reactivity of the site in Georgia.
• Settle and develop efficient relationship with the other industrial of the free zone.
• Develop a relation net with the local authorities in order to facilitate as much as possible.
• Actively participate to projects carried by the group influencing the future of the site in Georgia.

Profile :

• Education: Engineer diploma (mechanics, electrotechnicss, chemistry, thermodynamic + MBA in business administration and profit center management
• Experience: 10 (to 15) years in industry(1)  (home appliances, equipment products, automotive) in a managing position International environment is necessary
• Computer skills: MS office (CRM / ERP)
• Languages: English + native language; a second European language is a +

Package: 140 to 170 k€.
