Requirements

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience in IT
• Understanding of technologies in Game Industry
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, development, training etc
• Highly organized and autonomous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills)
• Great positive attitude
• Intermediate + level of English
• Understanding of game art – as a plus

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct employee’s on-boarding/exit interview and adaptation
• Work with Art Department of the company
• Close work with the Creative Director
• Hold regular one-to-one meetings with employees
• Control art performance goals of the employees
• Create positive and trustful working relationships with employees and managers and maintain a certain atmosphere in the company
