We are seeking talented, experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. Our candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with keen attention to details and outstanding written and oral communication abilities. He should be a great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
About:
You will work on the first-of-its-kind speech recognition system for individuals with speech impairments. The system translates non-standard speech patterns into clear speech in real time, enabling children and adults with severe speech impairments to communicate spontaneously and naturally using their own voices.
Technologies: Swift, Node.JS, JavaScript, React.js, ElasticSearch, MySQL, MongoDB.
Responsibilities:
Create test plans and test scenarios to identify software problems mobile applications and backend systems;
Perform manual functional and regression tests;
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests;
Document results of tests for the software development team;
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience;
Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance;
Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs;
Help plan QA automation scenarios to streamline automated testing.
Requirements:
Great experience in manual software testing of mobile and web applications (at least 3+ years);
Experience in writing test plans and test cases;
Good understanding of web and mobile user experience;
Experience with Jira, Agile and Scrum methodology;
Excellent spoken and written English.
Would be a plus:
QA automation capabilities;
Experience in testing api.
