Java Engineer

Our company invites tech-savvy and goal-oriented Java Engineer. You have a great opportunity to join an experienced computer-vision and machine-learning company as a key developer of the "heart" of our Embedded Computer-Vision Systems.

About:

You will become a part of a highly professional team working in the field of smart sensors and IoT for the futuristic public smart spaces. This role is in charge of being at the forefront of tackling computer-vision and applying different machine learning techniques at scale on large data-sets and embed these to the application processor to allow a real-time real-world computer-vision solution.

Technologies: Java, JavaScript, Angular 2, Spring, Spring boot, Spring Data, MySQL.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of backend, frontend, and cloud base device management applications;

• Participates as a member of the development team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of development experience using Java;

• Work experience with JavaScript;

• Professional experience with Java 1.8;

• Experience with Spring (especially Spring boot, Spring Data);

• Proficient with Hibernate;

• Knowledge of MySQL;

• Great interpersonal skills and passionate team player;

• English - Intermediate level or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Angular 2;

• Experience with Docker;

• Experience with Liquibase;

• Experience with Redis;

• Experience with the following application technologies: REST, JSON;

• Experience with AWS IoT services.
