SMM менеджер

The Social Media Manager is responsible for acquiring qualitative visitors to our website through different social media channels. 

You will also oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel and customer lifecycle - from acquisition to retention & loyalty - in collaboration with the internal team and execute using outsourced resources when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a social media manager for e-commerce projects with global geo- or USA-focused or EU-focused.

• You have successfully grown, scaled, and managed B2C/D2C companies pages on social medias or demonstrated successful analogous accomplishment(s).

• You have an experimental and marketing hacker mindset.

• You understand social media algorithms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter)

• You’re constantly looking for content ideas and trends on each platform

• You have successfully created content pieces and content-driven funnel to attract, nurture and convert target audience in social medias

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current marketing strategy across all social media channels and find opportunities to grow and optimize existing approaches 

• Develop, implement and analyze content strategies for each platform based on target audience in each, buyers journey and current trends 

• Plan and execute content creation for social media pages (including, commuting to different locations, such as manufacture facility, and shooting the content on mobile)

• Explore and evaluate new opportunities, tools, and technologies to inform the success of social media pages performance 

• Supervise and manage projects with subcontractors, when required - recruit and evaluate subcontractors
